Resort, built in 1978, renovated in 2025. In a central position, 200 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool, indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec. pool opening hours: 06:30-20:30). WC in the pool area. In the complex: sauna, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking (extra). Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach, 200 m. Please note: lift to 25th floor. Not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

This is a non-smoking apartment and is not suitable for pets. The apartment faces the city side and features a lovely loggia.
