Welcome to Villa Verde, a spacious and contemporary villa designed for relaxed Caribbean living, entertaining and enjoying time together with family and friends.
Located in Falmouth, Villa Verde is ideally positioned just a short drive from the marina and the restaurants, bars and waterfront of English Harbour. It makes an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of Antigua, while providing a spacious and comfortable retreat to return to at the end of the day.
The villa has been designed with groups in mind, offering five large bedrooms, extensive indoor and outdoor living areas, multiple dining spaces and plenty of room to socialise together or find a quieter space to relax.
The Bedrooms
Villa Verde has five large double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
Every bedroom has the same generous footprint and is fully air-conditioned. Each features a comfortable king-size bed, while four of the five bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms, making the accommodation particularly flexible for families and groups of friends.
A lovely feature of the bedrooms is their connection to the outdoors. Every room has large double French doors opening directly outside, allowing plenty of natural light and fresh air into the rooms and creating an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Pool & Outdoor Entertaining
The expansive pool area is the social heart of Villa Verde.
There is a large outdoor entertaining area surrounding the pool, with plenty of space to relax, enjoy the sunshine and spend time together.
The pool area is served by a well-appointed semi-outdoor kitchen and bar, making it easy to prepare food and drinks without having to leave the outdoor living area.
For meals and entertaining, there is a large BBQ and a 10-seat dining table, perfect for family meals, group lunches and evening BBQs.
There is also a separate detached TV room located in the pool area. This provides an additional space to relax, watch a film or give different members of the group somewhere else to unwind.
Upstairs Living
The main living accommodation is located upstairs and provides another generous social space.
There is a second well-appointed kitchen, together with a spacious indoor dining area and comfortable lounge.
