About this villa rental
Perfect Sunshine combines the best in European design with a breathtaking Caribbean location. It allows you to indulge yourself in luxury, from the enormous four-poster bed in the master bedroom to the 50 foot infinity pool; from the sculptures in the rooms to the modern Italian kitchen; from the bright Caribbean colors in each of the rooms to the 20ft height of the airy reception areas.
The villa has five bedrooms, a private pool and vast patios with stunning views.
It also sits above Nonsuch Bay resort and benefits from the excellent restaurant in the resort - Rokuni.
The villa is also a 10 minute boat trip from Green Island, with some of Antigua’s most special beaches and clearest water there. There are also fantastic sailing, kitesurfing and boat trip options in the bay.

This house has amazing views. You get the sunrise and the sunset. Nice to be able to enjoy the views from both sides of the house. Lots of great areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors.The pool is nice and big with great space and seats to sit around the pool. However, the pool needs some work. There are lots of tiles missing from the pool. I also think that there needs to be someone servicing the pool midweek when there are multiple people using the pool for several days in a row.The house is spacious with all the rooms having views of the ocean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Decor is dated. The kitchen needs an upgrade, but was very well stocked. Would have liked to have the option of cleaning midweek.The downside to this house is the location. This is a great house if you plan to only stay at the house. Otherwise, it take a long time to get anywhere else on the island. There are no good grocery stores close. There are no good restaurants close. Breeze was good but pricey and limited menu.

This home is absolutely breathtaking with unique views from every part of the house. The owner(s) Michael and family were very easy to communicate with and gave us a lot of information necessary such as car rental places, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches prior to our arrival.When we got to the home, we were welcomed by the Property Manager Annette. She was very professional, warm and very friendly. She does an amazing job keeping the home immaculately clean with fresh flowers in several rooms. Bedding was clean and comfortable and towels were fresh and soft! We spent our first day lounging by the private pool and had a wonderful time. We are a family of 4 and it was fun having the space to ourselves, doing our own thing without having to worry about neighbors or noise complaints. We explored the island the following days and each beach we visited was like a dream. All in all, we had an absolute great time and would definitely go back again!Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! Can’t wait to come back!
