About this apartment rental

Make yourself at home in this bright, first-floor, one-bedroom corner condo in the heart of Old Naples. Enjoy convenient parking, high speed internet, a new TV with streaming capabilities, and new outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything is ready for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans to fresh linens, towels, and beach chairs. Just unpack and enjoy!

Available for November, December 2026 and April 2027. Minimum 30 day rental as per HOA.

Monthly fee is $4000 + $150 cleaning fee, $150 HOA Application Fee
