About this apartment rental
The residential is situated 100 metres from the fine sandy beach of Gandia, and in the vicinity of all kinds of services, a stone's throw from the emblematic Colonia Ducal and the Bayren hotel.
Charming and comfortable accommodation on the eighth floor (with lift). It has a bedroom with a double bed (with ceiling fan) and a bathroom with shower tray. From this bedroom, with an East-facing window, sea views.
Welcoming and spacious lounge-dining room, with access to a West-facing terrace where you can enjoy fabulous views of the Monduber. Also a second bathroom with shower tray.
Kitchen open to the lounge-dining room with island, equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday.
Air conditioning via ducts throughout the property. Includes WIFI service.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed change) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the security deposit beforehand. Checkout and departure from the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage or failure to comply with the checkout time. Either leave a security deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out an insurance policy for exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running and sand sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacies and many other services. The slope of the water entry is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your time. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTHERN ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
