It’s a self-check-in property using a door code. On the first day you arrive to check-in, you must register first at the front reception/security desk.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
Coco beach area is full of restaurants and bars, beach clubs and the fabulous beach.

Master bedroom has a king size bedroom, smart tv, A/C, closets, safe, ensuite bathroom, ocean view from your window, we also have a ceiling fan.
Second bedroom has a double bed, closets, A/C, ceiling fan, smart tv and a safe. Bathroom is out side.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and much more. Next to the kitchen we have a fantastic balcony facing the amazing caribbean sea where you can see the boats come and go during the day and all the people walking on the beach.
The living room features a comfy sofa bed that can be use for the Fifth guest, there is also another smart tv.
The common areas include a rooftop pool, gym, spa area, elevator.

- The property is located between two beach clubs. On certain nights, one of these venues operates as a nightclub, with music and events that may continue late into the night and early morning hours. This may result in elevated noise levels. If a quiet environment is important to you, this property may not be a suitable choice. Please be advised that no cancellations or refunds will be issued after booking.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Electricity fees: Electricity is included during your stay, but please use it consciously. For monthly Rentals electricity is not included.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- If you are bringing your car, kindly let us know in advance so we can provide you with the garage remote control.
- No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Please advise if you would like an early check-in or a late check-out. Fees may apply.
- Our goal is to ensure a pleasant stay with us, so please let us know immediately if you feel something needs our attention (something fixed, changed, replaced, etc.) so we can fix it at the appropriate time.
- We allow 1 change of dates for all of our reservations, within at least 20 days of the arrival date. Stays between December 15 and January 15 are not allowed to make changes to their reservations.
- We are kind and respectful to all of our guests and their families/friends, so please return the favor to our staff. Thank you!
