A charming seaside hideaway for up to four guests, this cosy holiday home is perfect for couples and smaller families eager to explore an unforgettable stretch of the Norfolk coast. The property sits in a peaceful location close to the heart of the idyllic village of Overstrand, within easy reach of the sand and shingle beach and a choice of great places to eat and drink. For walkers, the coastal path offers spectacular sea views, leading south-west to Trimingham, Mundesley, and Happisburgh, all within 12 miles. Heading west, the popular Victorian-era resort of Cromer (2.5 miles) is known for its historic pier, bustling seafront, and sandy beaches. From Sheringham (7 miles), the North Norfolk Railway runs steam trains inland to the Georgian market town of Holt (12.5 miles). Felbrigg Hall, the Blickling Estate, and Wroxham Barns are all within 17 miles.
Entering this bright and inviting property, you will be greeted by a conservatory offering a relaxing spot for a quiet drink as you plan the day’s activities. Heading through, you will find a snug lounge with a TV, plush seating, and a window seat set in a large bay window. Exploring the ground floor further, there’s a stylishly arranged dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace. The ground floor also features a convenient utility room and a bathroom. Heading upstairs, you will have a choice of two charming bedrooms: a cheerful twin room, and a beautiful double, which has a handy en-suite shower room.
Stepping outside, an enclosed garden offers a table and chairs, making a pleasant spot for a morning coffee or for dining alfresco at the end of a great day out. Off street and roadside parking is available.
