About this villa rental
Welcome to the Baldwin Manor Experience — an iconic piece of Trumansburg history reimagined as a luxury retreat. This package includes the entire Elm St property: the Baldwin Manor, a beautifully restored Italianette home, and the attached Black Walnut Apartment.
Gather in the expansive living room around the gas fireplace, cook together in the fully stocked kitchen, and dine at the large table. When the sun comes out, the outdoor space truly shines — a sparkling in-ground pool, outdoor sauna, BBQ area, and fire pit surrounded by lush landscaping make this the ultimate backdrop for celebrations, family reunions, or a luxurious group getaway.
Located in the heart of Trumansburg village, you're steps from local shops, restaurants, and cafés, and just 20 minutes from Ithaca, Cornell University, and Ithaca College. Cayuga Lake, Taughannock Falls State Park, and the Finger Lakes wine trail are all within easy reach.
The property has a rich history as a bed and breakfast and event venue — the setting for weddings, retreats, and milestone celebrations.
