Bedroom 1 is on the main floor with a king bed, en-suite bath, and sweeping views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are downstairs with their own baths. The standout is the downstairs movie and game room — a private theater setup for family movie nights after the slopes. High-end finishes and vaulted ceilings throughout, with a sound system and private garage.
Guest Access:
Full access to the townhome plus the Wolf Creek Ridges community amenities: communal and outdoor pools, hot tub, and clubhouse-style common areas.
The Neighborhood:
Wolf Creek Ridges in Eden — an upscale ridge-top community prized for its panoramic views of Snowbasin, Pineview Reservoir, Ben Lomond Peak, and Nordic Valley. Minutes to all three ski resorts and close to Pineview Reservoir and trail networks.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for Ogden Valley. Free parking in the private garage. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.
