This single-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath Trappers Ridge home sleeps 8 with a cozy fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen — plus a private hot tub steps from the back door and the HOA clubhouse pool and hot tub nearby. Simple, comfortable, and made for easy group trips.
The Space:
Everything on one floor: an open great room and kitchen that host gatherings of up to 8, three bedrooms with plush bedding, and three full bathrooms — no bunking up staircases with luggage. The kitchen is set up for real cooking (gas range included), and year-round grilling happens on the garage BBQ. Games, puzzles, DVDs, and streaming cover downtime; in summer, wild turkeys roost in the trees out front.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire 1,800 sq ft single-level home and the private hot tub. Trappers Ridge amenities — clubhouse, seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts — plus Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir, and trailheads are all close.
The Neighborhood:
Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort: quiet, established, and genuinely convenient. The ski shuttle to Powder Mountain (about 10 minutes) stops at the community entrance in winter; Nordic Valley is about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended; the setting is quiet and private, with garage parking. Trails start near the back door with panoramic valley views. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Please take trash out to the street Sunday evenings (pickup is Monday at 7 AM — bring the cans in Monday afternoon) and run the dishwasher before leaving. No street parking, day or night. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.

Terrific home, my mom is elderly and a little frail. no steps, single level, nice bathrooms worked great for her. I am younger, and went for amazing, beautiful hikes on trails right out the back of neighborhood. (see pic)
