Nestled on a quiet wooded lot in Government Camp - Mt. Hood`s charming ski-town village - this cabin is steps from Summit Ski Area and just minutes from Skibowl, Timberline Lodge, and Mt. Hood Meadows. Restaurants, shops, and trailheads are all within easy reach.
Inside, exposed log walls, vaulted ceilings, and Pacific northwest decor gives the feel of a cozy alpine cabin - warm, characterful, and perfectly sized for small groups.
A custom banquet and dining table anchor the main living space, making it a natural gathering spot to build a fire while meals come together in the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with a full size gas range and fridge, counter appliances — and coffee lovers can pack light - a grinder, Aeropress, French press, and drip coffeemaker are all on hand.
Two queen bedrooms on the main floor feature hand-made headboards crafted by the owners. One includes built-in outlets for charging, and both have lighting. A third queen bedroom sits downstairs adjacent to a twin bunk room with a large TV. All together, the cabin comfortably sleeps eight.
Hangout in the loft overlooking the kitchen and dining area, and take a soak in the third floor hot tub high in the treetops. The entry on ground level provides an easy way in for your bags and a secure spot for your adventure gear. The side porch is a great spot to hang out and light up the gas grill. Enjoy a peak-a-boo view of the mountain with hot cocoa in the custom Adirondack or vintage Magic Mile lift chairs.
There is no dishwasher. You must hand-wash dishes.
