And for guests looking to stay in the summer, this condo is equipped with portable air conditioning units in the guest and master bedrooms.

Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new stainless-steel appliances, or enjoy a steaming espresso from the complimentary Keurig. After a day of exploring, unwind by the crackling gas fireplace on the sumptuous leather furniture, enjoy a selection of board games, or catch up on your favorite shows with premium cable and free Wi-Fi. This is a fantastic location and the pool and hot tubs were a big hit for my daughter. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The townhome was nice but a little beat up. Some of the dishes & pots and pans were dirty. I think the cleaners need to do a more thorough job. Overall the place was nice and properly advertised though. We will definitely come back to Collins Lake!

The condo was a perfect size for our group of 5 w/2 small dogs and had a bit more room to spare. The place was clean and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. The location is very close to downtown which was convenient for going out in the evenings. Will definitely be returning.
