• A refundable security deposit (£150–£500 depending on property size), or
• A non-refundable damage waiver (£40–£150 depending on length of stay).
This helps protect the property while ensuring guests can enjoy their stay comfortably.

• Standard Check-out: Before 11AM
Early check-in may be available subject to availability:
£30 per/ hour, £50 two hours, before the standard check-in time.
Late check-out may be available subject to availability:
£30 per /hour, £50 two hours after 11AM.
Pet Policy
