We liked the space we were able to have, though the bathroom door was a little annoying to walk around the bed, don't know how that could be made better, opening inwards perhaps. By adding a microwave, some cutlery and crockery, would make this an excellent place for those of us on a tight budget.

Very clean, coasy place. I was looking for a place, last minute, to literarly just sleep over for work. I came late evening and left in the morning. I did not even look through the photos as it didnt matter, I just needed bed, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Shower has good water temperature and pressure (I find it to be a common issue in many places). Bed was very comfy and smelling of fresh laundry. Clean towels provided. Caffe/tea provided. Place is well upkept and seems to be quite recently renovated. It was a shame I couldnt stay longer. When I will have a oppurtunity to come back to the area, I hope to stay in the same place.

It was a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of tlc. Garden overgrown around front door, defective door trim, damaged carpet. Although not advertised as available, I asked if there was the use of an iron and ironing board. I was flying to the area due a wedding and had a shirt that would need ironed again after travel. Initially I was told no, and when I asked what other guests had done was told no one had ever asked for an iron before. I was then informed by the owner that there was no iron for fear of damage to fixtures and fittings. I could understand this if the place was decorated to a 10/10 standard but imo it's not. In an attempt to come to a compromise the owner then offered me the use of an iron and iron board at a pre-arranged time and only if under supervision. I declined!
