The kitchen is equipped with a Miele electric oven, induction hob, 2 x fridges, 2 x freezers and dishwasher. There is also a lower ground floor kitchenette and a utility area within the garage housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedrooms comprise a lower ground floor super-king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room and a lower ground floor family bedroom suite with a super-king-size bed, single bed and children's bunk beds, served by an ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two king-size bedrooms with private terrace and ensuite bathrooms, and a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. A games room with adjoining TV room provides additional space for relaxation and entertainment.

Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and enclosed gardens with lawned areas, patio seating spaces and a hot tub. Two decked balconies with outdoor furniture enjoy far-reaching views over Charmouth, Lyme Bay and the Jurassic Coast.
