The main level, which you enter directly from the front door, features a king bedroom with a 55” Smart TV and a ¾ bathroom conveniently located across the hall. This level also includes the beautiful main living room with a 65” Smart TV, updated kitchen, sitting and dining areas, plus a dedicated office space with a built-in desk and shelving—perfect for remote work or extended stays.
Downstairs, the queen bedroom is located on the daylight-basement level and is partially below grade, with another ¾ bathroom directly across the hall. This level also features a separate family room with a 65” Smart TV and an in-home fitness room, giving guests plenty of room to spread out.
Beautiful multi-level decks showcase the home’s unobstructed waterfront setting and remarkable views. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all three Smart TVs allow guests to sign in with their own streaming-app credentials.
