Welcome to Le Cocoon des Rives, an independent 23 m² studio set in a peaceful, character-filled property dating back to 1881. Just 100 m from the banks of the Loire and close to Roanne and Lake Villerest, you’ll enjoy a comfortable, fully equipped space with a private terrace. Whether you’re here to explore the Roannais region, take a break, or stay for work, you’ll feel right at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. On arrival, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for your first days. You’ll also find essentials to start your stay smoothly: toilet paper, hand gel, sponge, tea towels, and cleaning products.
The table is perfect for meals or working comfortably. Wi-Fi and USB outlets are available. The studio features a lounge area with sofa and TV, a sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a large 90 × 120 cm shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.

Free parking is available right next to the studio—ideal if you have a utility vehicle or trailer. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. If you’re bringing a kayak or bulky equipment, just let me know.
The studio is designed for 2 guests, but infants up to 3 years old are welcome. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Breakfast or a sharing platter can be prepared with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reiki sessions and energy drawing workshops are also available by reservation.
