Clean, spacious apartment centrally located.

Clean, spacious apartment located in the center. Close to everything. Huge closet space, all the basics for a short stay. This is the third time we booked this apartment and, what I appreciated the most is the willingness of the landlord to prepare it earlier than expected so that we can settle in.

Nothing that could make us not want to book it again. One thing that would be appreciated is something to hang the towels or clothing in the bathroom.

L’emplacement en plein centre ville, on se sent vite à l’aise grâce à l’aménagement des studios

Dommage que les poubelles soient en bas des escaliers, à l’extérieur ce serait mieux mais c’est un détail

Séjour professionnel agréable dans un logement propre et spacieux, idéalement situé.

Très bon emplacement, avec commerces de proximité et gare accessibles à pied. Le logement est propre et spacieux. L’arrivée autonome permet une grande flexibilité, ce qui est appréciable lors d’un déplacement professionnel. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente.

Un bon compromis pour court séjour

Logement bien localisé entre le centre ville et les bords de Loire. Grand Parking gratuit à quelques centaines de mètres. Facilité d'entrée autonome. Bien équipé( bouilloire,lave-linge, matériel de repassage,...)

Lit au confort sommaire, avec un drap plat pas très grand qui n'a pas suffit pour les nuits fraîches de septembre. Rideau non occultant. La rue peut être calme comme un peu bruyante en soirée selon le jour de la semaine. De plus, il y aune mauvaise isolation sonore avec l'autre logement et le couloir. Des petites serviettes en plus auraient été appréciées.

Un beau weekend de meeting

Le logement que nous avons eu dans l' immeuble est très bien situé et celui-ci donnait côté cours donc pas de bruit de circulation mais attention pas forcément le cas des autres logements en fonction de celui que vous choisissiez. Confortable et bien équipée nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un court séjour et frank est un hôte très sympathique avec qui on a bien discuté.le logement était conforme aux photos et très propre et Franck très arrangeant sur les départs et arrivées un grand merci à lui pour ça. Avec le minimum requis pour cuisiner et laver la vaisselle. Parking gratuit pas loin et de la place payante sans trop de souci au pied de l'immeuble

Quel gâchis pour un bel appartement

La situation proche du centre-ville . Le style de l appartement

Le sol sale, la poubelle rouillée, le vis à vis( vivre les rideaux fermés) les pas du voisin du dessus une bonne partie de la nuit, la saleté dans les placards alimentaires, le manque de couverts. 2 serviettes et 1 torchon pour 3 jours, liquide vaisselle insuffisant. Des miettes sur la table et les chaises Peu de volonté de faire plaisir à la clientèle .

la città è molto bella ed accogliente, la struttura è ottima e la consiglierei

posizione ottima appartamento accogliente e pulito parcheggio facile da raggiungere appartamento dotato di ottime stoviglie

purtroppo manca l'aria condizionata, la struttura è dotata di un solo ventilatore che con il caldo di questa estate non bastava
