Welcome to 219 Cromwell Court, a beautiful waterfront retreat in Hammer Point, Tavernier. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3 full-bath, 2 half-bath home offers incredible bay views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and everything you need to enjoy the Florida Keys lifestyle.
The expansive ground level is made for entertaining, featuring a private heated and chilled pool, large pool deck, covered lounge and dining areas, TV, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Just steps from the pool are two boat lifts, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, and exploring the Keys. Pool heating or chilling is available upon request for an additional charge.
The second floor features three bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access. Upstairs, the third floor opens to a bright, spacious kitchen and living area surrounded by beautiful water views. A large island, comfortable gathering space, half bath, and covered balcony overlooking the pool and water complete the top floor.
A separate one-bedroom studio with a half bath on the ground level provides additional privacy for guests.
From mornings on the water to afternoons by the pool and evenings relaxing on the balcony, 219 Cromwell Court has everything you need for an unforgettable Florida Keys getaway.

Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
