Built with a chef in mind, the kitchen comes equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and top of the line cookware to help you prepare a lovely meal that is sure to delight. Don't forget the vino! This home has a wine cellar built right into the kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a drink while taking in the picturesque sunset views from the rooftop deck.
The luxurious primary suite features a spacious room with a king bed, lavish bathroom with the finest hand picked fixtures and finishes and custom built-in closet. There are also two additional queen bedrooms, a guest bath, and full size washer/dryer on the second floor. Downstairs, you'll find an in-law's suite complete with a separate living space, fully stocked kitchen, king bed and full bathroom.
Completed with shellstone pavers and artificial grass, the backyard leaves no detail spared. BBQ on the Weber gas grill or try smoking on the Big Green Egg charcoal grill. Take a dip in the heated pool that includes a baja shelf and bubbler for ideal lounging or play. Only a short idle up the canal and you will be able to fuel up your vessel at the neighboring gas station.
