Took our kids and families (10 in all) to see DC for 5 days. No car required thanks to a bus to downtown and Uber. Grocery store an easy 2 block walk. Public tennis courts and hoops across the street and Rock Creek Park trails 3 blocks the other way. Grand kids had their own floor. Bright rooms and comfy beds. Great kitchen for preparing family meals. Enjoy! We’d gladly do it again.

Our family had planned a Washington DC family reunion. We originally booked a large house, with multiple bedrooms, for all of us to be together. On day of check in, the original host canceled our booking. This property was able to fit our needs. Francisco was extremely kind and helpful on such short notice. He literally “rescued” us.
The house itself is stunning. Such character. Everything in the home seemed brand new. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless!!
We cooked all of our meals here, and had everything we needed to cook with.
The location of this gorgeous house is just as beautiful! There is a park/playground across the street complete with tennis courts and splash pad that the kids just loved! Safeway is just two blocks away, which was supper convenient to walk to, to get little things that we forgot. We went to the farmers market in Tacoma Park, which is just one mile away.
It is a drive into the city, maybe 30 mins, but GPS took us right there. The drive is beautiful, because you see multiple different neighborhoods, and I think Embassy Row. DC has beautiful parkways, that’s for sure.
We highly recommend this beautiful home!!
