Thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to feel at home, it’s the perfect base for exploring Cape Town by day and relaxing in luxury when you return.

Newly renovated and completed in September 2026, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point has been designed with comfort, quality and relaxation in mind.
The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a secure, well-maintained building with convenient elevator access. The style has a relaxed Mediterranean feel, with touches inspired by the simplicity and understated luxury of a yacht.
Ideally located just 5 minutes from the Sea Point Promenade, Virgin Active and Sea Point Stadium, you’ll also be close to some of Sea Point’s best restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday conveniences.
You’ll have your own dedicated garage, a fully equipped coffee station for your morning coffee, and a dedicated space to safely keep a special bottle of wine. The kitchen is fitted with quality Smeg appliances, adding a little extra luxury to your stay.
One of our favourite features is the living room. The large sliding windows open up to let in the fresh Cape Town air and offer beautiful views towards the mountain. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax with a glass of wine or simply take in the surroundings.
We want guests to feel like they are genuinely on holiday here, while still having all the comforts of home. For longer stays, we also include weekly cleaning by a senior member of our housekeeping team, helping to keep the apartment fresh and looked after throughout your stay.

Guest Verification
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The guest who makes the booking must be present for the full duration of the stay.

Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.
Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.
Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.
