Welcome to West of Eden, a spacious 12-bedroom, 10-bath Gulf-front retreat in Perdido Key designed for large families, reunions, multi-family vacations and group getaways. Sleeping up to 36 guests, this full-property rental combines West of Eden East and West of Eden West into one incredible beach retreat with plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast together.

One of the best things about renting the entire property is the flexibility. Your group can spend time together for meals, beach days, pool time and evenings overlooking the Gulf, while the two adjoining sides of the home give everyone plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a little privacy.

With two fully equipped kitchens, four refrigerators, two spacious living areas, multiple dining spaces, two laundry areas and Gulf-view balconies on every level, West of Eden makes hosting a large group feel comfortable and easy.

The full property includes 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms spread across three levels on each side.

FIRST FLOORS

Each side features:

• 1 King bedroom with a private full bathroom
• Open living area with Gulf views
• Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators
• Dining area
• Gulf-front balcony
• Laundry area

Together, the first floors provide two complete kitchens, two living rooms and multiple dining spaces, giving your group plenty of options for cooking, gathering and relaxing.

SECOND FLOORS

Each side features:

• 3 King bedrooms
• A private full bathroom for each King bedroom

Across both sides, the second floors include six private King suites, making this level especially comfortable for couples and adults who appreciate having their own space.

THIRD FLOORS

Each side features:

• 1 bedroom with a King bed and 2 Twin beds
• 1 bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk, Twin-over-Twin bunk and an additional Twin bed
• 1 shared full bathroom connecting the two sleeping areas

These upper-level spaces are great for families, teens and younger guests while still keeping everyone close to the rest of the group.

Step outside and everything you came to Perdido Key for is right here. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the Gulf, follow the private boardwalk down to the white sand beach, spend the afternoon by the pool and finish the day relaxing in the spa or enjoying the coastal breeze from one of the balconies.

When you reserve the full West of Eden property, the outdoor amenities are reserved for your group.

• 300-thread-count satin stripe cotton sheets
• Sound machines in every room

Beach towels are also provided for trips to the pool and Gulf.

Both kitchens are fully equipped for preparing meals, and with four refrigerators throughout the property, there is plenty of room for groceries, drinks and food for a large group. The main dining tables and bar seating are complemented by multiple indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the property where guests can enjoy meals together.

STARTER SUPPLIES

A starter supply of household essentials is provided to make arrival day easier, including:

• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Hand soap
• Dish detergent
• Laundry detergent
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels

Starter items are intended to get your stay underway. Larger groups and longer stays should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

PARKING

On-site parking is available for up to 9 vehicles and a boat trailer.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Minimum rental age is 25
• No pets
• No smoking inside the property
• Pool heated March 1 through November 30
• Fire extinguishers are conveniently located beneath sinks and near grilling areas
• First aid kits are located beneath sinks throughout the home

In case of an emergency, please use the nearest safe exit and move away from the property. We recommend familiarizing yourself with doors, stairways and exit routes when you arrive.

Guests reserving West of Eden have private access to both the East and West sides of the home, including all 12 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two kitchens, living and dining areas, laundry spaces, balconies, pool, spa, beach boardwalk and outdoor amenities.
