You will have private access to the entire apartment, the common areas are shared with residents of the building.
PARKING
Due to the apartment being so central, it is ideal for holidays without the need or use for a car
The street has no parking, it is a one street for traffic. Some free parking can be found around the surrounding streets but is can be very difficult to find.
Paid parking can be found on the street front in Paseo Maritimo which is a more permanent option but it is costly.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
