Beautiful and bright apartment in front of the beach, it is quiet. 3rd floor with elevator.
A few minutes from downtown, walking.
Two bedrooms, large living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
The sofa in the living room becomes a bed.
Full kitchen.
Wifi.
Air conditioning and heating.
Recently refurbished.
Large terrace for dinner or breakfast overlooking the sea.
South floor orientation, very sunny almost all day.

We have stayed on 4 occasions now and it may be the last. The location is excellent and the apartment is a good size and it is well stocked with equipment. The rooms need redecoration. On the terrace there is a rusty clothes dryer and the clothes pegs seem to have been left out all year. The one sun bed is dirty and worn and 2 old chairs left in the corner. There is pigeon detritus and therefore proper defence is needed. Old and dirty cleaning cloths are left out although we did find clean ones in the cupboard. Old and used hand soap left out. Ther is no mirror in the twin room and this was requested on a previous stay. I did request this but it was refused. The cost of the stay is the same as much more upmarket apartments. The porter for the building Antonio is very helpful and the owner Miren does respond quickly

You could see (and hear!) the water from the balcony. Well situated, centrally located. But there was a scent (mold? mildew) in the kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closets that was impossible to cover (tho clearly, attempts had been made). Timing was unfortunate for us, too, since major construction was happening on the floor above the bedroom. We loved Fuengirola, though, and walked miles along the spectacular Paseo Maritimo, which is just outside the door. Lots of restos and a small 'supermarket' nearby, too.clearly, attempts had been).

enjoyed Fuengirola. The biggest let down was the 10% service charge which was added on after I made the booking. It should have been disclosed on the website. It left a bitter taste in my mouth and will seriously affect any future enquiries I make

Good. The location across from beach and promenade. Ocean view, sunny terrace and close to groceries at maskom 350m. The not so good was sofa and twin beds were not comfortable but we managed by throwing extra blahkets down so we could sit and sleep. Unacceptable was the shower stall, rusting, discolored caulking and mold on the inside doors. Unhealthy and unforgiveable. Overall apartment was tired and not clean.

The condo is in a great location near everything from the supermarkets, restaurants and the views. You can see the sun all day no shading from the surrounding buildings. We stayed one month and loved it. I had read some reviews about the beds in second bedroom not being comfortable and I can confirm that the beds are now comfortable in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped although on the small side. The host Miren is very nice and she responds rapidly to requests. Antonio the concierge is also very helpful. The only thing I would change would be the sofa as it is not very comfortable. Untill next time Miren!

The apartment is well appointed if a little tired but overall excellent in a superb beach location. Supermarket at bottom of the block and very handy for lots of different restaurants.

We have just spent 7 nights in this lovely apartment, the balcony is large and has beautiful views. The apartment was spotless, we had everything we needed can not fault in any way. Thank you so much we will definitely be back xx

very smooth process. the apartment is very pleasant and well equipped. whilst the kitchen is small with a bit of creativity it works . Best part is the balcony which overlooks the sea. Antonio the caretaker is lovely. very helpful and friendly. some small negatives. needs a decent coffee making machine or even a cafetiere . the LETHAL corkscrew has been thrown out ( by me ) after a bloody encounter . twin bed mattresses are awful, but owner has promised that they will be replaced . and finally.. it would be useful to have the WIFI password available on arrival.. and perhaps a little bit of local knowledge provided. eg local map. Good places to eat. there are SO MANY restaurants in Fuegirola would be great to have some recommendations

Balcony is south facing with sea to the left. Large Occidental Hotel pool below ensures it is not overlooked from nearby. Parakeets and other birds roost in nearby palms,etc. Lounge and bedrooms well equipped and of good proportions. Good sized, well equipped shower room. Separate toilet is a little tight, and no hot water fitted. Kitchen at first seemed a little short on preparation space, but, by moving things around, we were able to overcome this. Washing machine would benefit from some English instructions, but, if you double click to start, you can't go far wrong. No English TV programmes - take a fire stick. Overall, a very good sunny apartment. Ample heating options were little needed during our 6 week winter stay. We would be happy to rent again. We had arrived a little early at the start of our stay, but Antonio, the doorman responded very quickly to our call, and remained cheerful and helpful throughout.

Het is een goed appartement, alleen er mogen echt een keer nieuwe bedden / matrassen komen. En een andere bank, want daar springen de veren je gewoon tegemoet. En een Engels handleiding van het wasmachine zou ook handig zijn. Verder goed gehad.

Miren har en lækker lejlighed i Fuengirola. Dejlig og ren og med en fantastisk altan med en smuk udsigt over Middelhavet. Alt hvad vi havde behov for var i lejligheden. Kun en ting kunne gøres bedre....Nye madrasser/topmadrasser i soveværelset med enkeltsenge. Alt i alt stor tilfredshed og vi glæder os til at komme tilbage. Skønt med det lille ekstra wc. Miren has a beautyfull flat in Fuengirola. Nice and clean and an excellent balcony with a beautyfull wiev over the Mediterania. What we needed were i the flat. Only one thing could be better....New matresses / top matresses in the singel beds sleepingroom. All in all. We are looking forward to come back somtime.
