We allow up to 2 dogs (no cats), each up to 40 pounds, for an additional pet fee.

We are committed to being respectful neighbors and ask that our guests do the same. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
For everyone’s safety—and to protect local wildlife—please dispose of trash properly to avoid attracting animals.
**Trash Day is Friday**
If you are staying with us on Thursday night, please roll the trash bins to the curb Thursday evening for Friday morning pickup.
There are two Rumpke trash bins located on the left side of the house.
