Welcome to Your Sandy Mountain Stay
This home is a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty Utah has to offer. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood right between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, it’s the perfect home base for ski trips, canyon adventures, and cozy nights in.
We designed this space with comfort in mind — the kind of place where you can make coffee in the morning, step outside for a walk across the park, and feel like you’re part of the neighborhood.
The Space
The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably and is set up for both families and groups:
Primary bedroom with its own private full bathroom
Bunk room that’s perfect for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together
Additional bedroom + sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements
There’s a full kitchen if you want to cook, and a washer + dryer so you can settle in and stay awhile.
The Neighborhood
Right across the street is a beautiful park — perfect for morning walks, kids to play, or a quick tennis match.
It’s peaceful, lived-in, and safe. The kind of area where you’ll see neighbors out walking their dogs and sunsets hitting the mountain peaks.
