About this house rental
Relax and enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with lots of room for the whole family and furry friend.
Enjoy the private outdoor hot tub with a sunrise/sunset view of the mountains, and gas fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom to keep you cozy on cold winter days.
Ski-in/ski-out access. Large entryway provides plenty of room for ski gear. Outdoor ski locker and private heated single car garage.

The space
The main space:
When you enter this 1500sq. ft. townhouse, you step into the spacious entry way with a bench and hooks for all your gear to dry.
From there you’ll find the kitchen with great counter space and all the appliances and dishes you’d find in a family home including a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, electric griddle, dishes, pots and pans, large bowls, towels and dish cloths, and plastic plates/cups/cutlery for the little ones. A highchair can also be located if needed in the entry closet. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
Sit down for dinner at a large dining room table, enough seating for 8-10 comfortably. After dinner enjoy a sunset view of the mountains from the hot tub or curl up in front of the fireplace in one of the two couches or oversized chair in the living room. The living room is stocked with games, books and puzzles for all age levels as well as a smart TV. Down the hall you’ll find the main bathroom with everything you need while away from home. Across from the bathroom is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The bedrooms:
Master bedroom. Enjoy the warmth of another fireplace from the comfort of your queen sized bed in this bedroom. This master also has a spacious ensuite with separate shower and tub.
The second bright bedroom has a queen sized bed and large closet.
The third bedroom is a great place for the kids to enjoy their own space with a queen over queen bunk bed, with trundle bed. This room can sleep 5.
Guest access
Guess have access to the full space. There is a single car garage for parking. Additional parking may be found on site in the guest parking spots or down in Happy Valley (fees apply).
