The Space:
This bright, open-concept mountainside townhouse offers 2,200 sq. ft. of space and stunning, unobstructed views. Perfectly located just above the village, it’s your ideal retreat for skiing and relaxation.
Prime Location:
- Multiple ski access points to avoid long Gondola lines
- Short walk to Mogul Track (access to Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost lifts)
- Easy Street runs (access to Telus Park lift, cat track to Black Forest, Bullet lift, and the village)
- Access to night skiing at the Bullet lift
- Stroll or ski into the village for shopping, dining, and nightlife
- After a day of letting loose on the mountain, unwind on your private deck, which features a brand new Jacuzzi hot tub complete with a waterfall and lights, as well as a gas BBQ and fire pit.
Abundant natural light fills the entire townhouse, showcasing stunning views and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. In the living room, a massive 75” TV is equipped with all your favorite streaming services, making it the perfect spot to unwind. For family fun, there’s a PlayStation 4 in the kids' room downstairs.
The dining table in the main room conveniently doubles as a pool table, and there's also a shuffleboard table for added entertainment. You’ll enjoy the luxury of brand new bed and bath linens, along with high-speed internet throughout the unit for your convenience.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.
Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.
Bring your furry friend along! We allow for only one dog.
For safety and security purposes, please note that there is a doorbell camera and a camera facing the garage door.
Parking Notes - There is free parking for 2 vehicles. One is in the garage and the other is uncovered.
Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).

The only glitch was with the parking. We came in three family-sized trucks and none could fit in the garage parking because of the sauna at the end. So we parked a second vehicle outside, worrying we might be ticketed or towed. The pool table and shuffle board were a big hit and provided hours of entertainment. The response was quick when we called about a problem with the hottub.We lucked out with some really good spring skiing conditions.

Lovely place at Big White! Stocked with everything we needed. More than enough space, and a pretty solid location. Short walk to the village, and to the morning slope. Easy parking.Only thing to note was that mant of the towels were damp when we got there, but no problem throwing in the dryer for a bit. Responsice hosts!
