Adosado AE7 is a 144 m² house spread over three floors, in the Torreblanca del Sol development, a quiet residential area in the upper part of Fuengirola, with mountain views. The whole house for up to 6 people, with a private garage inside the property itself: no hunting for parking here.
The house has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed, each with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and one with a single bed. There is also a separate toilet and a sofa bed in the living room. Every bedroom and the living room have air conditioning with heating, and there is a television and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, with pots, pans and tableware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are included, and there is a cot at no extra cost for anyone travelling with a baby.
The layout follows the three floors: on the street level you have the kitchen, the living room, the furnished terrace, the patio, the single bedroom and the toilet; on the middle floor, the two double bedrooms with their bathrooms; and on the lower floor, the private garage and the washing machine, with direct access to the development. The development has a communal pool open all year round, with a garden and sun loungers.
As for the location: Torreblanca beach is about 2 km away (28 minutes on foot, 6 by car) and Torreblanca train station, on the C-1 line towards Málaga and the airport, is 1.6 km away. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away, the centre of Fuengirola a 14-minute drive, Bioparc 12 minutes and Málaga Airport 19 minutes. This is a house to come to by car, which is why the garage is included.
Ideal for two couples or for a family who want the whole house, a pool and their own parking, in an area where you actually sleep at night. We look forward to hosting you.
