This spacious Big White townhome delivers true ski in/ski out access, a private hot tub to unwind in once the boots are off, and enough room to comfortably sleep 9, making it an easy fit for larger groups or multiple families sharing the trip.



The Space:

Welcome to Tree Tops. The main living level is warmed by a gas fireplace, perfect for apres-ski relaxation, and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats up to eight, so the whole group can gather comfortably, and a sliding door off the living room leads straight out to your own private hot tub on the patio.



Upstairs, a second open-concept living space overlooks the main floor below, giving the group extra room to spread out with its own TV and seating, along with a pull out queen bed hutch. Two of the bedrooms come with private ensuites, and a third full bathroom serves the main level. Ski lockers right by the front door make it easy to store your gear securely between runs, with true ski in/ski out access straight from the front door and onto Moguls Track.



High-speed internet is included, along with TVs with cable and the ability to log into your own streaming accounts.



Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom - Queen bed and twin bed, along with an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and a bunk bed

Loft - Queen bed, open above the main living room



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire townhome, from the main living level up through both bedroom floors. Entry is by keypad, so there's no key pickup needed, and the ski locker by the front door is yours to use for the length of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Tree Tops sits in Big White's Upper Village, a quieter, more residential pocket of the resort just a five-minute downhill walk from the Main Village, where you'll find the restaurants, bars and shops. It's a great option for groups who want a bit of separation from the busier village core without losing easy access to it.



Getting Around:

With ski in/ski out access right from the door, you won't need a vehicle to get on the mountain. Big White runs a free shuttle service around the resort, making it easy to reach the village, restaurants and other amenities without a car.

Damage Protection:

Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.



Choose your protection option:

1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $1,500. No deposit hold required.

or

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.



Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.



Parking Notes - There is free uncovered parking for 1 vehicle.

Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).
