About this house rental
One of the greatest conveniences of this captivating three-story townhouse is its prime location! It's central for skiing, meaning you and your loved ones are within walking distance from Big White Ski Resort's slopes and gondolas. Take a quick walk to the village or down to Happy Valley. The Market at Big White is located just a mile from your doorstep in case you need to stock up on groceries for your stay. This ski-in/ski-out home away from home has three levels full of comfort and incredible amenities! One of the reasons the owners decided to purchase this townhouse is the basement. This is the ideal hangout spot for the kiddos with comfortable sofas, a large TV with a PS4 console, a bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second floor features a light-flooded open floor plan with incredible mountain and ski views. You can also view the fireworks depending on the time of the year you decide to visit. Kick your feet up and relax in the inviting living area - turn on the gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm during cold days and watch a favorite show on the TV. Off the living room is a sunny balcony. As you continue the tour, the well-appointed kitchen will appear before your eyes. The open kitchen has all the major appliances to whip up tasty homemade meals, which will do wonders after a day on the slopes. Another great perk is the cute coffee station where you can treat yourself to a steamy cup of coffee or hot cocoa! Attached to the kitchen is a second balcony with your very own bubbly hot tub. And last, but not least, the upper floor features two additional bedrooms, both with king beds. The primary bedroom has its own TV, fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a regular shower and a soaking tub. We had a fantastic stay at Blacksmith Lodge 4 in Big White. The amenities were excellent and the furniture was really well thought out — stylish, super comfortable, and perfect after long days on the mountain. There were plenty of heating options throughout the townhouse, which made it cosy no matter the weather, and the hot tub was a definite highlight. The views were beautiful and added to the whole experience. We also loved the espresso machine. Ski access was good overall. Ski-in was fine via Gondola Way with a short road crossing, but ski-out was even better — an easy run down the cat track to either the Plaza Chair or Ridge Rocket, which made getting onto the mountain simple and convenient. The townhouse was very comfortable for our family of five and would easily suit two families. The two master bedrooms with ensuites provided great privacy, and the two sofa beds in the basement were surprisingly comfortable as well. Overall, a great place to stay in Big White — comfortable, well equipped, and ideally set up for families or groups. We’d happily stay here again.

All around it was an amazing weekend. Loved the place only 2 issues one was the mattress in the 3rd room on bunks were uncomfortable for adult guests. I guess it’s fine for kids in the 3rd room. They ended up sleeping on pull out couch. Other 2 rooms the beds were very comfortable.

What a wonderful stay in a special location ! Cabin was more than perfect equipped with board games and great hiding spots for my kids to play ! Grandma and grandpa had a blast. Walking distance to the village ,

Terrific accommodations and ski-ok ski-out! Very comfortable living area and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wouldn't have minded a bigger and more effective barbecue. A bit more of a hike to the village centre than what we are used to, but it was as we expected based on the description in the listing. Overall, a terrific stay!
