A self-contained studio located on the ground level is occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant. The studio has its own separate, private entrance and does not share any internal spaces with the main holiday residence.

The twin bedroom is suitable for children under 12 years old.
Groups: While our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, it is strictly designed for family stays and multi-generational groups (adults and children combined). It is not suitable for adult group bookings, parties, or large gatherings.
Guest Verification & Occupancy: All guests must complete an online registration form and provide valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport) prior to arrival. The lead guest must submit names and contact numbers for all party members. Access is granted only once verification is completed. Photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. Only the number of guests specified on the booking are permitted on the property unless agreed otherwise.
Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25.
House Rules & Quiet Hours: No hen, stag, or similar parties permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking & Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free property (including all outdoor areas). Pets are not permitted.
