Options for thick and thin pillows not all thick pillows. Very minor issue but makes a world of difference..

room was modern with a great layout, very comfortable
There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the light fitting above kitchen bench was dirty from the original building works. other peoples food left in the fridge. No sugar available for tea or coffee, no hair dryer No baggage cart to take bags and hanging clothes to room
