Lovely loft in a beautiful Brooklyn brownstone neighborhood. Converted textile factory, a quiet oasis with large garden courtyard and elevator. Spacious, comfortable, lots of natural light, close to many shops and restaurants. Quiet and established neighborhood, 1 minute walk to the subway, 15 minutes to Manhattan.
The space has 13 foot ceilings, lots of plants and natural light. This has been my home for 12 years, it's incredibly peaceful and quiet with many families in the building. The space is open plan with a partially enclosed bedroom. The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom, and a dedicated work/dining area is perfect for working from home. Outside is a lovely and spacious shared backyard, lush and quiet, furnished for dining and lounging.
