The primary bedroom features a queen bed, generous closet space, and a dedicated workstation—perfect for working from home. The second bedroom includes a double bed, and the third offers a twin bed, ideal for guests or a cozy personal space. Set on a peaceful, tree-lined street, this residence captures the charm of Carroll Gardens, surrounded by brownstone architecture, local cafés, and easy access to Manhattan!
The Neighborhood:
Carroll Gardens is at once the heart of old-school Brooklyn and a showcase for the borough's brownstone boom. The neighborhood has long been known for its red-sauce Italian joints and lively street life. But now, staples like Caputo's Bake Shop and Monteleone's Bakery and Café abut upscale stroller shops, yoga studios and fro-yo joints. Despite the newcomers, the neighborhood still feels like a small town, one of the few places where you might know your neighbors, your postman and your butcher by name.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
