Paradise Cove is a beautifully remodeled lakefront home on Bass Lake, in the Sierra Nevada foothills a short drive from Yosemite National Park. Lake views, a private dock, and a spacious rooftop deck make the water the center of every day.
Inside, an open living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, with easy flow for cooking, sharing meals, and relaxing together. Multiple decks invite slow mornings with coffee, afternoon barbecues, and sunsets over the lake.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, all decks, and the private boat dock.
Self check-in is available via a smart lock, making arrival simple and flexible (a backup lockbox is also on site).
Parking is available for up to four vehicles on the newly paved back side of the house.

Bass Lake sits in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Yosemite. Walk to Pines Village for restaurants, a general store, and a full-service marina. Oakhurst is about seven miles away for additional dining, groceries, and shopping.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around. Yosemite National Park is roughly a 33-minute drive, and Mariposa (RMY) airport is about an hour away.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- This home is not pet-friendly.
- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests; only registered guests are permitted.
- No smoking
- You are in Yosemite bear country - keep all food and trash sealed and stored, bins closed, and never left out overnight.
- The home is multi-level with staircases; please supervise children, especially near the dock and water.
- Please keep shower doors fully closed to prevent water reaching the level below.
