About this cabin rental
This cabin is located in Willow Cove. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee or an evening meal after a day at the lake while relaxing on the large deck. Amenities include large deck, cable TV, fireplace, wall air conditioner, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, charcoal BBQ, fenced yard, good parking, books and games. This is an all season rental, weekly during the summer and 2 night minimums off season with 3 day minimums on holidays. Includes linens.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
A cozy 4 bedroom with 7 single beds and two queen beds , 3 bath home with a wheelchair friendly specially designed bathroom.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

The cabin was as advertised. Check in was easy and it was a quick walk to the water and friends staying nearby.

Our family meets every year at Bass Lake, and we all cannot fit into one cabin anymore. This cabin was the perfect “overflow” cabin and everyone with the property management company was very helpful and friendly.

I booked this home thru the VRBO app. Wasn’t sent any messages about the check in procedure via VRBO. I did receive an email about our confirmation thru bass lake home rentals. Never in that email does it state you have to physical go to the office to file paper work and pick up a key. I called numerous times and emailed with no return. Eventually after our 4:00 check in time someone answered and I was made aware we need to check in at the office.
Also. Via the VRBO site you don’t have the option to opt out of the charge for sheets and linens. It’s $150. If your able to contact the listing agent directly maybe see if you can not be charged. Because the sheets were gross and you have to do all the bedding your self. Nothing is ready to go. I wish I had brought my own bedding. Luckily we brought our own towels because they only supply a few. Power was off. Luckily my husband was able to figure that out. Also would have been nice to have the heater on when we arrived. It was super cold and having small children it wasn’t ideal. Took all night for the house to warm up. But when it finally did. It was super warm! Bass lake rentals was not available on the weekends. We Weren't able to contact anyone when issues come up. Like, the vent leaking in the restroom, where to put trash because they only supply a very small can w/o bungees (they also state that you need to secure it with bungees) So we went and purchased some of our own. Beds are not comfy, some beds people said they were scared of them breaking. With all that said and Rocky start ….positives are it’s walking distance to the the market and the pine resort. Lots of space for a large group, kitchen is supplied with all types of pans, utensils anything you might need. The patio is a nice size, and the three restroom was convenient. With all that said I wouldn’t stay here again.
