This charming two-bedroom coastal cottage puts some of Ogunquit`s most beloved destinations within easy walking distance. Stroll to Perkins Cove for dinner by the water, spend the afternoon exploring the shops and galleries along Shore Road, walk the Marginal Way, or head into the Village and down to Ogunquit Beach all within walking distance.
Inside, the cottage blends classic Ogunquit character with thoughtful modern updates. The inviting living room stretches across the front of the home and features an exposed brick gas fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach. The updated kitchen offers everything you need for easy vacation meals, with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of charm.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a beautifully updated full bathroom with custom tilework. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor, and a second-floor washer and dryer make longer stays easy.
Outside, enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio and watch Shore Road come to life, or retreat to the private backyard and deck for a quieter place to relax, dine, and unwind.

• Trash & Recycling: Failure to bag all trash and recyclables as per instructions will result in a $50 deduction from the Damage Deposit
