About this house rental

Enjoy a well located and spacious home near everyhthing. The property is between Orlando & Tampa. Downtown and Lakeland Airport are about 4 miles from home.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and loundry. Home is very well furnitured. There is a big porch in the back yard. A private parking at the front yard. Solar panels have been installed on the roofs.
Owner has a private and separated studio on the property.

It had good space inside the home and backyard. Parking, as well as, getting in and out are not great. It’s on the corner of a very busy intersection. The home and furnishings all need to be updated. It was listed at a great price and I appreciated the communication with the owner.

Overall the place was great. Short travel time to our events. Good neighborhood. If there was anything about the property that could have been better it would be getting in and out of the property. It sits on the corner of two busy streets and it was difficult getting in and out of the drive way between cars.

We loved the house! Our landlord answered any texts from us right away. Only aggravation was the front drive is on a busy 4 way stop. Also the studio apt attached to the house was rented during our stay and we could hear everything going on!
