THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE:
The outdoor space was set up so parents can relax while the kids play, all in the same spot. Everything kids and parents need is already waiting outside. You'll even find a coconut tree and an avocado tree on the property.
The pool is inside a screened enclosure, so bugs stay out and a light sprinkle doesn't end swim time. String lights hang overhead for night swims after dinner. Pool floaties, a lounge cabana float, pool toys, puddle jumpers and goggles are all ready when you arrive, so the kids can jump in the minute you unpack. Looking for some friendly competition? Giant Connect 4 and cornhole are on hand for backyard games anytime.
The lanai is where everyone gathers and hangs out. The kitchen windows slide open to an outdoor bar, so whoever's cooking can pass food straight out while the kids swim. The patio couch with a table and 2 chairs is the spot for grown ups to relax poolside and the hammock is tucked in for an afternoon nap. Fire up the propane grill and eat right by the pool. Plastic dinnerware is stocked for outdoor meals and a waterproof speaker can come outside to set the vibe.

The living room TV has a Nex Playground with motion games like Fruit Ninja, bowling and more. It gets everyone off the couch and it's one of the first things kids ask to play.
For rainy afternoons or quiet time, there's giant checkers, Connect 4, dominos, cards, Uno Junior, Jenga, Magna Tiles, stacking blocks, stepping stones and coloring supplies.
Children's amenities are here too: a crib, a high chair and kid friendly games. There's also a dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer for longer stays.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full family meal without a trip to the store for supplies. It's fully stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, a Ninja blender, a Ninja air fryer and a kettle. When dinner's ready, slide open the kitchen windows and serve it straight out to the outdoor bar.
Your first morning doesn't have to start with a coffee run. Slow mornings begin right here at the coffee station. It has a Nespresso, a Keurig and a Ninja drip maker that also brews iced coffee, plus a milk frother for making your own lattes and cold foam. It's stocked with ground coffee, Nespresso pods, K Cups, cream, caramel, vanilla, honey and sweeteners. To go cups are there too for mornings when you're heading out the door.

Parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This home was set up for families traveling with kids. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund, a $500 fee and any city fines.
GUESTS AND VISITORS:
Maximum 12 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance. No third party bookings.
QUIET HOURS:
10 PM to 7 AM, including the pool, lanai and backyard.
PARKING:
Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the grass or in neighbors' driveways.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY:
To keep the home fresh for all guests, there is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations result in a deep cleaning fee.
NO PETS:
Evidence of a pet results in a $500 cleaning fee.
HOME CARE:
No candles, glitter, confetti or tape on walls.
WATER SAFETY:
The home has a pool and sits on an unfenced canal. Children must be supervised near the water at all times. Please no swimming in the canal. Life jackets are provided and must be worn while kayaking. The pool is not heated, but thanks to South Florida's warm weather it stays at a comfortable temperature most of the year.
CAMERAS AND NOISE MONITORING:
Exterior cameras are at the front and back of the home. There are no cameras indoors or in the pool area. A noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record audio.
