Our bright, modern, and fully equipped vacation apartment in Pentling, in the quiet neighborhood of Graßlfing, offers plenty of space—about 80 m²—to settle in, feel at home, and relax. The apartment is located in a high-quality new building and has its own entrance via a lockable front door. The entrance is on the lower level; please note that this requires navigating a few steps. Alternatively, access is also possible via the community staircase and the garden—here, there are only four small steps to navigate. The entire apartment is equipped with a ventilation system that ensures a comfortable indoor climate. Through your own front door, you’ll first enter a spacious hallway that immediately conveys a friendly and open atmosphere. A large closet offers plenty of space for jackets, shoes, clothing, and other luggage, so you can store everything neatly and feel right at home. The approximately 14 m² bedroom is in a quiet location and offers a wonderful retreat for restful nights. It is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a dresser, and a small TV. Large windows let plenty of natural light into the room, creating a bright, pleasant atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after an outing, a bike ride, or a day in Regensburg. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. The large, naturally lit bathroom, measuring approximately 9 m², impresses with its modern amenities and plenty of space to move around. It features a toilet, a large vanity, an illuminated mirror, and a spacious, walk-in rain shower at floor level. The highlight of the apartment is the large, light-filled living and dining area, measuring approximately 42 m². Large corner windows offer a beautiful view of the meadow and garden and flood the room with light. The fully equipped designer kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances, serves as a special focal point. The large kitchen island is perfect for cooking, having breakfast, relaxing, and enjoying time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need: glasses, cups, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, olive oil, a toaster, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, and a fridge-freezer. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs. In the living area, you’ll find a large, comfortable couch where you can relax, read, or enjoy a movie night. A smart TV with cable is also available. Wi-Fi is, of course, included. The apartment is ideal for two people; if needed, the couch and an additional fold-out bed can be used as extra sleeping arrangements, allowing up to four people to stay overnight. A special highlight is the approximately 35 m² terrace with seating and plenty of privacy. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, it’s a wonderful spot to have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy quiet moments outdoors. The terrace offers a pleasant retreat and, especially during the warmer months, expands the apartment to include a lovely outdoor area. Thanks to the property’s hillside location and the fact that the apartment is on the lower level, it stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. The deposit is 50% of the total rental price. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. No pets allowed.
