◆ Pool heat is complimentary, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
◆ Guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.
◆ Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
◆ Smoking inside the home is prohibited. A $250 non-refundable fee applies to violations.
◆ A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entry. Additional exterior cameras monitor the side access gates.
◆ The property is equipped with a Minut noise & occupancy monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
◆ Pets require prior approval and a $175 fee. Puppies under one year old are not permitted.
◆ Unauthorized late checkouts incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please request extra time in advance.
