Luxurious, 4 bed/3 baths spacious floor plan surrounds you with the beauty and serenity of the ocean
Oceanview primary suite features large bathroom with double vanities, 6 foot garden tub, tiled shower and granite counter tops. Beautifully decorated it features a king size bed ,ceiling fan, air conditioned walk in closets and 8 foot sliding glass door with balcony access.
The second bedroom features a king size bed and the bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has 2 twins. The third bathroom has a single shower.
The living room features comfortable seating with beautiful views and 65 TV. Kitchen features granite counter tops, luxury stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and stocked with all you need to make your vacation complete. Inside laundry room with full size washer and dryer also includes a laundry sink.
All linens and towels, beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.
Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.
Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.
