BRAND NEW POOL DECK WITH HOT TUB NOW OPEN. AVAILABLE NOW. 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, END UNIT, ON FOURTH FLOOR (UNIT #405) IN SANIBEL CONDOMINIUM. Professionally decorated, elegant, yet comfortable. This was the model unit with lots of upgrades. As soon as you walk in your will feel relaxed in the beautiful surroundings. This unit is a direct oceanfront, end unit, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel Condominium is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the front of the Condo.

Look no further, this condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The Living Room boasts a 42 inch flat screen smart TV. There is also a separate Den with French doors, a queen-size pull-out couch, with another 42 inch flat screen plasma TV with DVD. The Kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops. There is also a built in wet-bar with a granite top and built in wine cooler. The condo has upgraded wood tile/tile throughout, upgraded appliances, cabinetry, wood shelving systems in the closets, laundry room with full washer and dryer, beautiful remote controlled ceiling fans, with custom blinds and drapery. There is even high-speed wireless internet, so bring your laptop computer. Our condo includes all the comforts of home, as it is equipped with everything you need from silverware, to linens, to beach towels.

The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king size pillow top mattress with a 37 inch flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertop, separate toilet room, and large walk in closet.

The Second Bedroom is a smaller master suite with a king size bed, built in desk, flat screen SMART TV, large walk in closet, with an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own beautifully decorated bathroom. The third bedroom is spacious as well, with a queen size bed, walk in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen SMART TV, and it has its own full size bath in the hall.

The best parking space in the garage will come in handy when you unload, as the space is right next to the elevators. There is additional parking in front of the building.

The building only has 65 units, so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, and billiard room with card tables. There is also two outside gas grills for those summer parties. There is plenty to do, including golf cart, ATV, and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals (seasonal). There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south. You can stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, relaxation or fishing (currently undergoing repairs). There are also numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.

Your home away from home is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Historic St. Augustine is 60 minutes away with a beautiful scenic drive up AIA. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away.

You will positively want to return year after year.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious . The host was very accommodating for a necessary change of plans. The grounds of the condo were taken care of also. Hope to stay there again in the future. Thanks for letting my family stay.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need

The condo itself was great. It was as advertised, comfortable and clean. My guess is that it’s probably one of the nicer units in the building. Unfortunately, the condominium amenities were not up to par. We knew the pool deck, pool and beach entrance were not in service prior to our arrival. What we didn’t know was the elevators were not dependable. Specifically, they were out of service for an entire week. Holidays or not, that’s not acceptable. In addition, guest (2nd car) parking was difficult, at best. There are 65 units with guest parking for 23 cars in front. This includes 2 handicapped spaces. To top it off, we were awoken at 4:30 a.m. one morning and had to go outside while the fire department came to turn off a false alarm. Don’t expect a discount for your troubles. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at Sanibel, again.
