"BEACHSIDE DUNES" condo boasts a fully remodeled gourmet kitchen and bathrooms, all new solid and QUIET exterior doors and windows, TALL ceilings, and even a reverse-osmosis water system for purified drinking water and ice.
As the property owners, we pride ourselves on providing personalized service. You’ll always have direct access to us, ensuring prompt responses to any questions or concerns. For guests who value CLEANLINESS, rest assured that the condo is IMPECCABLY maintained: All floors are steam cleaned after each stay, and all of our luxury linens, including top quilts, are freshly laundered.
Enjoy access to a private condo pool (exclusive to only 22 condo units in WaterColor) and a PRIVATE BEACH gated entrance right outside your door. Plus, your rental stay includes convenient dedicated parking for TWO vehicles!
WaterColor has ten community pools, including three pools at the Beach Club and
two pools, plus a lazy river at Camp WaterColor. At locations where towel service is
available, we provide one towel per person present, and towels must be returned
to towel chutes. No outside food & beverage (or coolers) are allowed at the Beach
Club or Camp WaterColor. The property also boasts a Tennis Center, bocce ball
court, half-basketball court, playground, soccer field, and multiple piers.
WaterColor has beautiful gardens and nature trails waiting to be explored.
Wristbands are required for amenity access. Wristbands will be in your rental unit upon your arrival. Please be advised:
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
All guests 5 years of age or older are required to have wristbands.

Overall, this was the best vacation rental experience we have had thus far. The property is absolutely beautiful and situated in a fantastic location relative to the amenities within Watercolor and neighboring Seaside. The house was equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen and entire home were incredibly well stocked (baby gear for infants, coolers for the beach, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs/umbrellas/childrens beach toys etc). Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Our children especially loved the built in bunk beds! The property overlooks the gulf and is beautiful. Beach access is easy as there is an entrance right next to the unit. Our family loved spending time at the private pool only accessible to those staying within the small condo complex. Finally, the host was fantastic. She was informative, accommodating and her communication excellent. This was truly a luxury beachside vacation. Our family loved our stay and we look forward to returning.

This was such a beautiful home! Great location, and the inside of the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Even the sheets and bedding were high quality!The owners were very responsive when we had questions and flexible . I hope to visit again soon.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront VRBO. The location truly couldn’t be better. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our group. Overall, this rental delivered the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again!
