Cozy vacation home on Lake Garda with a garage, Peschiera del Garda

Welcome to our vacation home in Peschiera del Garda!

The vacation home is located in Località Dolci, a quiet area about 1.5 km from the center of Peschiera del Garda and Lake Garda. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or small groups who want to explore Lake Garda and its surroundings.

The house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and two bathrooms. Amenities also include air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom, a TV, and a large private covered garage parking space, which is included in the price. An additional outdoor parking space is also available.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Please note that not all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.

Thanks to its location, the house is an ideal starting point for excursions around Lake Garda. Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, and other towns on the lake are easily accessible. The theme parks Gardaland, Movieland, and CanevaWorld are also nearby. Verona and Mantua are also great options for day trips.

House Rules: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The use of open fires, candles, and similar open flames is also prohibited. We ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors, especially in the evening and at night.

Check-in: between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can welcome you as best as possible. Please understand that, unfortunately, check-in after 6:00 PM is not possible.

Visitor’s tax: €1.50 per person per night for guests aged 13 and older. The visitor’s tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid in cash at check-in.
