Located in the pretty town of Peschiera del Garda, this 3-bedroom holiday getaway is just 10 minutes from Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld parks. The apartment offers a lovely lake-view balcony where you can enjoy an outdoor dining area in complete peace and privacy. The residence also has a communal garden to take a stroll in or just to laze around on pleasant summer evenings.
Internally, the modern apartment has air-conditioning as well as electric radiators and is well-equipped for comfy self-catering stays. There is a bright and large open-plan living room with a balcony overlooking the lake and an elegant seating area furnished with a two-seater sofa, ambient lighting, a books library and a brand-new Smart TV. The apartment is further furnished with a very roomy kitchenette with a breakfast island and dining table for 7 people, making it perfect to sip your morning coffee on or effortlessly enjoy tasty home-cooked meals.
