Welcome to 718 Pyrula Avenue, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat just a short stroll from Sanibel's famous shell-strewn beaches. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home is ideal for families and friends looking for room to relax together. Grab the provided beach chairs and head to the sand for coffee at sunrise, then return to the sound of the Gulf breeze in the evening.
Outdoor living is the heart of the house. The expansive upper screened lanai is made for lazy afternoons, family dinners, and sunset conversations without the bugs. Downstairs, the private pool and spacious deck offer plenty of space to swim, lounge, and soak up the Florida sunshine. With room to gather on both levels, everyone can find their favorite spot.
Inside, the master bedroom features a king bed for a restful night's sleep. Guest Room 1 offers two single beds, perfect for kids or friends, while Guest Room 2 features a comfortable queen bed. Two bathrooms keep busy mornings running smoothly, and a private elevator makes getting between levels easy, whether you're hauling beach gear and groceries or traveling with family members who'd rather skip the stairs.
