Great place and location. Saw Manatees in the canal. Very clean. The only negative was the blinds on all the windows our extremely hard to maneuver.

Kitchen furniture grounds bathroom all updated ! Cool and clean. A river view Very comfortable and extras walk to beach and beach supplies for use. Parking is close to door. I recommend this place

We had to be at a wedding in Orlando so we came to Florida a little early to spend time shelling and enjoying the area. The place was perfect for all the above.

The property, backyard, and location were great! The kitchen, screened porch and coastal decor are very nice! The bad points were the foul odor in the upstairs bathroom, worn out upholstery, missing glass shade and broken towel ring in downstairs bath, hard to operate blinds in the primary bath.
